We have a few 8sp Shimano Alfine equipped bikes in our end of season Circe Helios tandem sale.
These are ex-showroom bikes, and in excellent condition. They will have a full service, and are equipped with rear rack, mudguards, stand and pedals. They will also come with a full warranty.

The 8sp Omnis fitted with rack, mudguard, stand and pedals is £1950 (new price £2349). This tandem is an excellent all rounder and very suitable for utility usage like the school run, or, with the cargo rack, the weekly shop. The gear range of the 8sp Alfine hub is also suitable for leisure day rides in less hilly areas.

For an additional £150, we can convert the 8sp to an 11sp Shimano Alfine hub gear. This hub offers a a 400+% range compared to the 300+% of the 8sp, and makes the tandem more suitable for touring and use in hillier terrain.

The Helios tandem is very compact and will fit inside most cars, but for airline travel, or in other situations when a smaller packed size is needed, we can install our separable system on either of these models.
